Three thousand years of Greeks, Arabs, Normans and Spaniards are in our DNA. We carry all of it. But Sicily isn't a museum, and we aren't an old, agrarian people frozen in a postcard.

Today Sicily is designers in Palermo, chefs in Catania, winemakers on Etna, rappers and producers making hip hop and electronic music, artists, coders and makers across the island, building things the world hasn't seen yet. Their work is shaped by everything that came before. It's also unmistakably new.
